Diante da proibição das sacolas plásticas, comuns no comércio varejista, a empresa transformou a restrição em uma oportunidade de mídia para que as empresas tenham um novo canal com seus consumidores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A partir do dia 25 de janeiro os comerciantes e grandes redes de supermercados passarão a utilizar sacolas biodegradáveis e pretendem cobrar do consumidor o valor de custo da embalagem, que gira na faixa de R$ 0,19 a R$ 0,21 a unidade. Além de afastá-lo, colaboramos para um marketing viral negativo. E o que é pior, podemos prejudicar não somente os negócios, mas a reputação da marca. A forma que esse público passa a enxergar os produtos e/ ou serviços é a referência que ele usará ao comentar sobre sua empresa por aí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Quanto sua rentabilidade pode aumentar quando você trabalha na boa reputação de sua marca? Quantos clientes são incrementados à carteira, a partir de campanhas realmente segmentadas? Se não pensarmos nisso, além de afastarmos quem já contava com nossos produtos, evitamos aumentar o número de adeptos de nosso core business.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A internet chegou para trazer um relacionamento bem mais próximo entre as empresas e os consumidores. E, junto com ela, uma nova forma de consumir também surgiu. O número de vezes que você tenta empurrar a sua marca por meio de incansáveis campanhas de email marketing – que tem menor custo em relação às mídias tradicionais - é diretamente proporcional ao número de vezes que pode ‘repugnar’ seu público. Mesmo que você pratique essas ações de forma inconsciente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Da mesma forma, a importância de trabalhar a marca com foco, segmentação e personalização, tem relação direta com a atração. Quanto mais você investe seu tempo no planejamento da comunicação levando em conta o que refletirá na marca – e não em envios e envios de campanhas sem direcionamento – mais você ganha. Esta constatação é de Steve Rubel, Vice-Presidente e Diretor de Insights da Edelman Digital e autor do Blog SteveRubel.com.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Rubel&amp;nbsp;foi um dos palestrantes da edição 2009 do Digital Age 2.0, participando via videoconferência, e respondeu para onde a tecnologia digital vai levar o Marketing. Antes de falar das tendências, é preciso fazer um parêntese: as empresas estão preparadas para personalizar o relacionamento? “As novas sim, mas é uma questão de cultura e vai levar muito tempo para as empresas atrasadas se adaptarem”, aponta o especialista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A grande questão destes tempos é pensar em como ter lucro através de uma comunidade virtual, algo que nenhum executivo de marketing pensou antes. “Não há um modelo de negócio para isso”, confirma Rubel. O que existe, ainda, são erros que as empresas cometem ao entrar no mundo virtual. “É um erro pagar blogueiros para falar de produtos. A empresa tem que investir no melhor produto para que ele possa ser comentado espontaneamente”, diz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Tendências emergentes e urgentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; O primeiro passo é satisfazer o cliente no mundo real e oferecer serviços no virtual. De acordo com a primeira tendência citada por Rubel, a internet é muito boa para tornar as coisas ainda melhores. “As pessoas estão usando as redes sociais para que elas sejam reconhecidas e identificadas. Elas não discam mais o 0800 das empresas, que não funcionam. Por isso usam outros meios para serem ouvidas”, afirma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Com isso, cria-se relacionamento. Mas apenas para aquelas que auditam as experiências on-line do consumidor e se preparam para engajar as pessoas. E se prepare rápido. Planejamento e realização das ações, às vezes, terão que caminhar juntos para corrigi-las quando necessário. Mudar o destino, inclusive, se for preciso. É o caso das mídias tradicionais que representam uma nova tendência: o reflorestamento da mídia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; “Ela está se reinventando e sofrendo com isso porque cada vez mais as pessoas passam o tempo nas mídias digitais. Todos os tipos de mídias tangíveis estão caindo de circulação. Tem jornais dos EUA que estão fechando a versão impressa e ficando só com a digital. No Brasil isso ainda não acontece muito, mas certamente vai acontecer. É uma mudança imensa que obriga alterações nas áreas de Relações Públicas e Publicidade”, explica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Aliado do consumidor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A terceira tendência apontada por Rubel é a ignorância seletiva. Com a informação em excesso em toda a parte, “As pessoas tem dificuldade de processar tudo. E estão praticando um tipo de ignorância seletiva, vendo apenas o que realmente é importante, porque se ela for relevante vai chegar até a mim de alguma forma”, ressalta. Para as empresas que quiserem fazer algo novo, basta olhar o que as pessoas visitam on-line e fornecer utilidade em forma de interações. “É importante pensar como fazer para envolver os consumidores. As pessoas vão te encontrar”, completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A quarta tendência são as estrelas existentes na própria empresa. São pessoas que ajudam a construir a marca no mundo digital. É o caso da companhia norte americana de armazenagem EMC² que tem uma página com todos os contatos de funcionários que podem se relacionar com os consumidores. “Tem que fazer com que o maior número de funcionários possa se comunicar com as pessoas nas redes sociais”, ressalta o executivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A quinta tendência é o poder da atração que as marcas devem provocar. “A propaganda hoje é empurrada. Mas deveria ser o contrário. As pessoas que devem encontrar as informações quando elas procurarem.
